Change all accountability names#16

The current naming scheme still let think in persons or even roles. However, accountabilities should be independent of this. So …

Product Owner to Product Ownership
Scrum Master to Scrum Mastery
Developer to Development

Additionally, I guess, it would be easier for teams to rotate accountabilities (e.g. for scrum mastery).

@Kunal S - I agree. Just wanted to say that it might be easier for teams to see that option. What I often hear is “who is our scrum master”, not “how do _we_ (want to) live the respective accountability”.

This would likely break the confusion between job title versus accountabiliyt and @Mpe suggestions a reasonable.
